Job Title: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Guardian Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors, and staff.
  • Process payments, manage accounts, and maintain a high level of accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and development of the medical practice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a medical setting is essential.
  • Bilingualism in English and Afrikaans is required.
  • Driver's license and own transportation are necessary.
  • Exceptional administration skills, with proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
