We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Executive to join our team at ABC Worldwide. As an Account Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and effective account management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Proactively address any potential account risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in account management or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in managing client accounts and information.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications and tools for client management and reporting.
  • Valid driver's license and access to own transportation for client visits.
