At Auto24, we're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Center Agents. If you're passionate about cars and communication, we want to hear from you

As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our extensive range of quality used cars. Your goal will be to build rapport and engage customers by providing information about the features and benefits of our vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our used car inventory.
  • Build relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries effectively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit our showroom.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales role is an advantage.
  • Passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
