Job Overview:

The Legends Agency is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, developing a robust pipeline of opportunities, and driving the growth of our financial recruitment business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Business Development:
    • Engage with over 200 new prospects each month to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
    • Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients sourced from various channels.
    • Understand the recruitment needs of each prospect and position services effectively.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain a consistent flow of prospects through effective relationship-building and follow-up strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to recruitment.
  • Client Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Act as a trusted adviser to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development and/or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
