Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Corporate Career Doctors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving incremental sales growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our business.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to share best practices, provide support, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business operations, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business development or sales growth role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, sales strategies, and business needs.
