Ananzi is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering employee training initiatives and internship programs.

Main Objectives:
  1. Ensure Compliance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Train and Develop: Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, completion rates, and certifications.
  3. Verify and Report: Coordinate the verification process, gathering and organizing documentation and evidence to support all elements of the scorecard.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a Learning and Development role. Certification as a Skills Development Facilitator is advantageous.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification as a Skills Development Facilitator (advantageous)
