Key Responsibilities:

  9. Regulatory Compliance: Consolidate regulatory compliance for the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
  10. Onboarding Programs: Design onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
  11. Employee Development Plans: Collaborate with department heads to create employee development plans based on career aspirations and organizational goals.
  12. Diversity and Inclusion Training: Develop or source diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs.
  13. Global Learning Trends: Stay updated on global learning trends to introduce innovative training strategies.
Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  2. ODETD NQF 6 Qualification (Advantageous).
  3. Minimum 1 year in training program design: Extensive experience in content development and LMS administration.
  4. Vendor Management.
  5. Stakeholder management.

  2. Compliance and Regulations with relevant industry regulations.
  3. Learning Technologies, from trends and best practices in learning and development, including emerging technologies.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft suite, with emphasis on Planner and Excel.
