Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Consolidate regulatory compliance for the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
- Onboarding Programs: Design onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
- Employee Development Plans: Collaborate with department heads to create employee development plans based on career aspirations and organizational goals.
- Diversity and Inclusion Training: Develop or source diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs.
- Global Learning Trends: Stay updated on global learning trends to introduce innovative training strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- ODETD NQF 6 Qualification (Advantageous).
- Minimum 1 year in training program design: Extensive experience in content development and LMS administration.
- Vendor Management.
- Stakeholder management.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to design effective training programs.
- Compliance and Regulations with relevant industry regulations.
- Learning Technologies, from trends and best practices in learning and development, including emerging technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Data Analysis & Data-driven decision making.
- Collaboration across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, with emphasis on Planner and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
