As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all activities related to the sourcing, management, and reporting of promotional goods and services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and control all transactions to the highest standards, ensuring all work is delivered successfully.
* Own the commercial performance of the account, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
* Provide exceptional customer service, identifying and resolving issues within standard guidelines.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing professional presentations and product development.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to source new concepts and maintain a database of local suppliers.
* Negotiate with suppliers and oversee the team to ensure timely processing of orders and invoices.
* Work closely with the Senior Management team to ensure cohesive communication across all activities.

Requirements:

* Experience in the promotional goods/print industry.
* Strong team attitude, excellent communication skills, and first-class organizational skills.
* Pro-active approach to managing projects, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a cool outlook.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
