  • Oversee the team and ensure timely processing of orders and invoices.
  • Work with the team to produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
  • Manage SLA's and KPI's set and ensure regular communication regarding order status to all departments.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase volumes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the promotional goods / print industry.
  • Experience working with drinks-related companies, preferably on a single source contract basis.
  • Strong team attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • First-class organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing projects.
  • Experience managing and working as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm outlook and a personable and professional character to build client rapport.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and excellent problem-solving ability.
