Senior Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Director to join our team at Link Worldwide. As a key member of our global marketing services business, you will be responsible for creating and executing experiential marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and demand attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee all activities related to the sourcing, management, and reporting of promotional items and services.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Provide professional presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- Initiate product development and source new concepts in collaboration with our Operations team.
- Maintain and update a database of local suppliers and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
- Work closely with our Senior Management team to ensure cohesive communication across all activities and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in the promotional goods/print industry, preferably with a focus on drinks-related companies.
- Strong team attitude, excellent communication skills, and first-class organizational skills.
- Pro-active approach to managing projects, keen eye for detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
