ICT Support Professional

Job Summary
This position involves providing specialized ICT support to address unique and ad-hoc requirements as determined by the CETA. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver customized ICT solutions and ensure seamless integration with the existing infrastructure and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialized ICT Support:
- Provide ICT support on an 'as and when required' basis to meet emerging needs and challenges.
- Address ICT-related requests not covered by standard operational areas.
- Solution Development:
- Analyze unique requirements and develop tailored ICT solutions to meet CETA-specific objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver fit-for-purpose ICT interventions.
- Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems across the organization's ICT systems.
- Identify root causes of issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Engagement:
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver specialized ICT services.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to management on specialized ICT needs and emerging technologies.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a specialized ICT support role and a strong understanding of the latest trends and advancements in ICT.
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple ad-hoc requests effectively.
