Job Title: Digital Account Manager - FMCG Experience Essential

We are seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager with proven experience in the FMCG sector to join our team and drive successful digital campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for FMCG clients, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective digital strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and performance summaries to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, especially within the FMCG sector.
  • Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager, preferably with a focus on FMCG clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Excellent client management skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
