Unlock Your Potential as a Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Deka Minas Pty Ltd T/A Deka Minas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage digital acquisition activities, including social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Work with our media agency and specialist teams to optimize campaign performance and reach maximum KPIs.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals and identifying trends and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve acquisition objectives.
  • Develop and implement A-B test campaigns to optimize campaign and creative performance.
  • Suggest new digital channels to increase new user numbers in an efficient way.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong quantitative background.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in managing digital marketing at technology companies.
  • Proficient in strategy with regards to digital ads platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience in planning and managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of organic acquisition, including App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Experience in setting up platform integration with third parties for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.
  • Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers.
  • Good understanding of mobile attribution tools, including Firebase, Facebook SDK, and Adjust.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
