Digital Manager Job Description

Infinity Brands is seeking a highly skilled Digital Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • KPI & OKR Management: Develop and implement strategies to monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for digital marketing initiatives and overall team performance.
  • Ecommerce Management: Lead the strategic direction and management of ecommerce platforms to drive online sales growth and improve the user experience.
  • Quality Control/Approval Process: Oversee the review and approval of all digital marketing assets ensuring they meet quality standards and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and present comprehensive performance reports including web analytics, social media metrics, and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team by providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and encouraging professional development.
  • SEO Support: Work closely with the SEO specialist to improve organic search rankings and optimize website content for search engines.
  • Community Management: Support the Community Manager in managing online interactions, handling crisis situations, and safeguarding the brand's online reputation.
  • Digital Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field or demonstrated experience in digital marketing management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage and mentor a digital marketing team.
  • Expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, ecommerce).
  • Proven ability to set and manage KPIs and OKRs to drive business performance.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and strategies for optimizing user experience and conversions.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
