Bookkeeper Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to support their client's financial operations. As a leading recruitment and staffing firm, we connect talented professionals with the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Access computerized financial information to answer general questions and those related to specific accounts.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and prepare purchase orders and expense reports.
  • Assist with month-end stock take and maintain inventory records, including reconciliation of finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-progress.
  • Petty Cash Claims and reimbursements, as well as assistance with annual audits.
Requirements
  • Experience with ERP systems (Syspro) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 8 years' experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
