About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure and network systems for multiple clients. This role requires expertise in enterprise IT, networking, troubleshooting complex server & network issues, and ensuring security, performance, and scalability.

This candidate will also lead and mentor a junior team, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles. This role also offers future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing IT infrastructure and network systems for internal and external customers.
  • Solving complex network and server issues.
  • Maintaining network security and compliance.
  • Managing customer relationships.
  • Creating documentation and reports.
  • Leading projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, preferably within an MSP or service provider environment.
  • Experience with backup and data recovery solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Industry certifications are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
  • Product Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management experience is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Sophos or Fortinet is preferred.
