About the Role:


As a seasoned Area Sales Manager, you will lead our sales activities across Gauteng, driving business development and fostering strong relationships with trade customers, developers, consulting engineers, and contractors within the pumping sector.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive business development and foster strong relationships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Conduct sales forecasting and reporting
  • Build in-depth product knowledge and provide expert guidance
  • Analyze sales performance to maximize growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:



  • Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing, ideally within the pump or related industry
  • Experience working with developers, consulting engineers, and contractors
  • Strong understanding of Gauteng's commercial building, municipal, and industrial sectors
  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Valid drivers' license with the willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficient with CRM software and sales tools
