Job Summary

The Gym Reception Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience by ensuring the smooth operation of the Welcome Desk/Reception area. This includes managing Club Administration tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and developing strong relationships with members and staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of Club Administration activities.
  • Conduct cash transactions and reconcile accounts accurately.
  • Engage in effective communication with members and staff to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Supervise Receptionists to ensure they meet business expectations.
  • Establish processes for tracking access and overrides.
  • Manage reception stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
  • Clients' complaints addressed promptly and professionally.
