Administrator- 6 Month Contract in Amanzimtoti

1.Participate in the formulation of the company's administrative management system, improve and refine the office management system and business process.
2. Implement the company's annual administrative plan and control administrative expenses.
3. Participate in organizing, coordinating and arranging various meetings of the company.
4. Procurement, maintenance and management of office equipment and office supplies.
5.Manage the company's documents and administrative files, Docking information management with IT personnel.
6. Assist in external liaison and reception.
7.Performance of confidentiality agreement.
Strictly perform the duties of the confidentiality agreement, do not disclose confidential information to any unauthorized personnel, and do not disclose and use confidential information beyond the scope of work that others are allowed to use.
8. Coordination office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
9. Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
10 Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments.
12. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
13. Crate and update records and database with personnel, financial and other date.
14. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
15. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
16. Take minutes and keep record of the minutes in the meeting.
17.Conscientiously complete other temporary tasks assigned by the managers.
