**Job Title:** Professional Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Assign Services (Pty) Ltd - JHB. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their skills in talent acquisition, sales, and customer service to contribute to the growth of our organization.

**Job Description:*

  • Company Overview: Our company specializes in providing top-notch recruitment services to clients across various industries. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates who match our clients' requirements.
  • Salary: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  1. Foster long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  2. Employ effective sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job advertising, social media, and database searches.
  3. Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure they meet client requirements.
  4. Source candidates using various techniques, such as referrals, networking, and online platforms.
  5. Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening to ensure candidates meet client expectations.
  6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, including interviews, assessments, and communication.
  7. Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates on candidate progress and feedback.
  8. Facilitate agreements between candidates and employers, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum Matric qualification, with a tertiary education in Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology being advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant, or similar position.
  • Excellent understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques, including social media marketing and digital advertising.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Well-organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
