Empire Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to new heights of innovation and prosperity by planning and implementing personalized asset finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and grow revenue, revenue sales, and client bases by effective account management and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute new business development strategies to meet or exceed volume, NPV, GRV, and cold calling targets.
  • Manage customer relationships, analyze trends, and ensure SAP accuracy.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, identify and resolve issues promptly, and manage internal stakeholder interactions.
  • Focus on supplier penetration, manage service-related SLAs, and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate effective time management, continuously develop skills, support core values, and meet team objectives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant or recognized post-matric qualification in finance or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management and the sale of asset-based finance.
  • Sound internal and external networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic IT understanding.
  • Excellent knowledge of systems and product knowledge.
  • Sound knowledge of company policies and procedures, including relevant reporting and administration procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of customer requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of quality control procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of reporting lines and escalation procedures.
