Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wholesale Business Development Specialist to join our team at Waco Industri. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with Wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale clients
  • Drive sales growth and bring in new clients
  • Manage and resolve key client issues and complaints
  • Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipate key account changes and improvements
  • Manage communications between key clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines
  • Establish and oversee internal and external budgets
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize profit through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of the Wholesale industry and market trends
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams, logistics, managers, marketing, and other stakeholders
