About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrator to join our team as a Personal Assistant to our Senior Managers.

As an Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to Senior Managers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements;
  • Coordinate fleet maintenance and compliance, ensuring that all vehicles are properly serviced and maintained;
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating campaigns and promotional activities;
  • Manage electronic diaries and ensure accurate record-keeping;
  • Prepare minutes and other documents as required;
  • Procure stationery and other office supplies as needed;
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record of providing excellent administrative support, with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly;
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
