Job Title: People Effectiveness Partner

At Merand Corbett & Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled People Effectiveness Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance our organization's overall effectiveness and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting of rewards data to inform strategic decisions and provide insights on program effectiveness and market competitiveness.
  • Job Architecture and Organizational Design: Manage the rewards aspect of job architecture and organizational design, ensuring alignment between job roles, responsibilities, and compensation.
  • Retention Strategy Development: Create and implement retention strategies using rewards, focusing on retaining key talent and reducing turnover.
  • Tactical Alignment of Rewards: Align total rewards programs with organizational goals, ensuring they support business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Global Rewards Management: Coordinate with international HR teams for the effective global implementation of rewards strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights and rewards strategy implications to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and job architecture.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, compensation and benefits management, HR information systems, market benchmarking, and job evaluation techniques.
  • Education: Bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
