Administrative Coordinator

The DLK Group (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our organization. This role requires a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, assist with project coordination, and ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to management and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimize productivity.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports, to maintain effective communication channels.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order materials as needed to maintain a well-stocked office.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain a positive reputation.
- Maintain databases and assist in data entry and management tasks to ensure accurate records.
- Generate reports and summaries as required to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives to achieve common goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts to drive business growth.
- Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
