Job Title: Administrative Assistant

The DLK Group (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports, with attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and order materials as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing a smooth transition into the team.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain databases and assist in data entry and management tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and effective team effort.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning efforts, ensuring a unified vision for the organization.
Requirements:
  • Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
