Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Milkor Integrated Systems. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our procurement and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Support: Request quotations from suppliers, complete Purchase Order Request forms, and submit Purchase Order Requests to procurement.
  • Order Management: Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform filing, printing, and filing of weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Manage minimum and maximum levels of materials and consumables.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A National Senior Certificate is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration is required.
  • Must be fully computer literate and have working experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
