Job Title: Sales Relationship Manager

The Sales Relationship Manager is a key role within Jean Fowlds Consultancy, responsible for fostering and maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize market data and trends to establish and achieve sales goals.
  • Source and pursue potential new customers, focusing on retail and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.
  • Review and improve company practices to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Identify and inform the sales team of potential opportunities.
  • Educate and inform clients about company products, services, and special offers.
  • Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Oversee the customer relationship management system.
  • Network with potential business partners and clients.
  • Develop and maintain presentations for business partners, corporate executives, and shareholders.
  • Perform research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition performance.
  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and placement in the market.
  • Ensure a strong online presence and leverage social media to grow the business.
  • Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices.
  • Help maintain a positive company image.
  • Meet personal productivity and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience in customer relations and commercial sales.
  • Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strong customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of economics and market trends.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
