Job Title: Sales Manager

Dura Equipment Sales (Pty) Ltd, a leading supplier of construction and earthmoving equipment in Southern Africa, is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join their team. As the sole agents in Sub-Saharan Africa for the LOVOL brand, the company offers a robust range of LOVOL Wheel Loaders and LOVOL Excavators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales activities and develop sales strategies to achieve targets in the construction and earthmoving equipment market.
  • Manage client relationships and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience in the construction or earthmoving equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and earthmoving equipment market and its trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
