Product Manager

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to oversee Front Shop product lines.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our brand, customers, and consumers by leveraging insights from their experiences.

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor assessments, channel performance, and customer insights to inform brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for new and existing Front Shop products.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitors, and assess customer behavior to drive business growth.
  • Product Development and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, develop innovative products, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Brand Management and Marketing: Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns to promote Front Shop products effectively.
  • Sales Support and Collaboration: Provide sales teams with product training and marketing resources to enhance sales performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with industry partners, key opinion leaders, and external agencies to drive collaboration and brand advocacy.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze product performance, adjust strategies based on metrics and feedback, and communicate insights to business leadership.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry product management.
  • Expert knowledge of regulatory and code of conduct issues that impact marketing.
