We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Objective Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales administration processes.

Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring that leads and pipelines are up-to-date and accurately reflected in our systems. This includes updating inventory and business partner details in SAP Business One, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and communications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with the Marketing Department to ensure that all tools required by the sales team are available and up-to-date, handling day-to-day operations, and managing customer complaints efficiently.
  • Assisting in daily operations to support the sales team and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and communications, including customer interactions and sales performance metrics.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively, and ensuring that customer samples are organized and delivered promptly and efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales administration or a related field, with proven experience in using CRM software and ERP systems such as HUBSPOT and SAP Business One. You will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
