- Job Grading Committees: Develop and maintain the Job Grading Committees' Terms of Reference, ensuring consistency and fairness in job evaluations.

- Incentive Schemes: Design, develop, and implement innovative incentive schemes that reward performance aligned to business objectives.
- Total Remuneration Package: Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total remuneration package that aligns with our organization's strategy and business goals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that remuneration practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
- Salary and Labour Market Surveys: Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing remuneration rates and benefits.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Finance, or Payroll is required.
- Registration: Registration with the South African Rewards Association (SARA) is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in Remuneration and Rewards is required.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of remuneration benchmarking, rewards policies and procedures, market surveys, and various types of incentives and benefits is essential.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in HRMIS (Oracle advantageous) and computer literacy is required.
