Job Title: Remuneration and Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remuneration and Rewards Specialist to contribute to the development of our company's compensation and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and innovative remuneration structures.
  • Provide ongoing intelligence on market movements and competitive threats to inform compensation decisions.
  • Advise on compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, and market analysis to ensure fair and equitable total remuneration packages.
  • Lead job evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements & Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Finance, or related field.
  • Registration with the South African Rewards Association (SARA) is desirable.
  • In-depth experience in HRMIS, particularly Oracle, is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Remuneration and Rewards.
  • Knowledge of remuneration benchmarking and rewards policies.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
  • Understanding of relevant legislative regulations.
  • Strong computer literacy, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Ability to coordinate, plan, and implement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Networking abilities and attention to detail.
