- Qualifications: LLB degree and/or BCom (Law) degree, ACG (CS) or ACG (CGP) qualification from The Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
- Experience: Minimum of four years experience as a company secretary, with minute- or report-writing experience in English.
- Skills: Attention to detail, honesty, discretion, efficient organisational and time management skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
