Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will earn a competitive basic salary and commission, potentially up to R20 000+

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet minimum connection requirements.
  • Recruit and train new sales representatives to join the team.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Report on sales numbers to regional sales managers and provide insights to improve business development strategies.
  • Manage and issue stock to sales representatives, ensuring timely delivery and collection of sales proceeds.
Vehicle Usage
  • Use company vehicles for work purposes only, adhering to allocated weekly/monthly kilometres and maintaining vehicle condition.
  • Ensure proper garaging and security measures are in place to prevent theft or loss of company vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Matric qualification.
