Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at Helderberg Personnel cc, you will be responsible for the opening of contracts on our system, drawing up physical contracts, and sending them to customers and suppliers. You will also manage monthly bank audits by collecting proofs of delivery and storing invoices and signed contracts. Additionally, you will conduct monthly commission reconciliations, check and analyze profit calculations, and handle customer invoicing.
