Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include the processing of sales contracts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Main Tasks:

  • Open and manage sales contracts on the system
  • Draft and send sales contracts to customers and suppliers
  • Collect and store unsigned contracts, invoices, and proofs of delivery
  • Conduct monthly commission reconciliations and analyze profit calculations
  • Invoice customers and manage new customer onboarding
Requirements

A relevant degree (B.Comm or similar) is advantageous, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or financial role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
