Administrative Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of Helderberg Personnel cc, the successful candidate will be responsible for contract control, ensuring that all physical purchase contracts and outstanding contracts are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, the role involves inventory control, where the candidate will need to verify that the stock on the company's system matches the stock on Cooperatives' systems and instruction requests. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for preparing and handling invoices for payments to suppliers/producers for stock purchased.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a financial or administrative role
- Relevant degree will count in the candidate's favour
