Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits, phone calls, and email contact
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Work with the management team to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities
- Assure proper administration of established contracts
- Provide regular sales reports with clear objectives and goals
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the safety industry, sales, and marketing
- Proven track record in new business development within a sales environment
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Extremely confident
- Ability to deal with pressure
- Excellent customer relationship management
- Ambitious and results-driven
- Analytical minded and a problem solver
- Friendly with a positive attitude
