We are seeking a talented CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE to join our team
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide first-class service to our clients. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support via telephone and email, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and efficient support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Accurately record and document activity through our ticket system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, building strong relationships and trust
Requirements
* Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
* Previous customer support experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English, with basic Afrikaans an advantage
* Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
* Ability to grasp and understand IT and technical concepts quickly
Personal Attributes
* Resourceful and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
* Friendly and helpful, with excellent telephone manner
* Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively
* Good time management skills, with ability to work under pressure
