Front Desk Manager

At HR Genie, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Welcome Desk/Reception area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression for our members and maximizing their satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate staff, and lead by example. They will also possess advanced levels of administrative accuracy, display friendly and efficient qualities, and have intermediate PC skills.
A competitive salary of $**55,000 - 65,000 per annum** reflects the importance of this role in our organization. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Welcome Desk/Reception area
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or welcome desk position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
