Job Description:
The Front Desk Hospitality Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and managing front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
- Manage room assignments, key card distributions, and ensure accurate guest information is maintained
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and overall aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests to ensure smooth hotel operations
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in hospitality, preferably in a similar customer-facing position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with Opera software or similar property management systems
- Cash handling experience and basic math skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality a plus
Benefits:
