About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor. As a key member of the HR Genie team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Welcome Desk/Reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and staff
  • Assisting with club administration tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Cash handling and bank reconciliations
  • Communication with members and staff
  • Managing reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Monitoring access and overrides for staff and members
  • Receiving and processing membership applications and payments
  • Resolving member complaints in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Able to motivate and lead by example
  • Advanced level of administrative accuracy
  • Display friendly and efficient qualities that reflect the Planet Fitness way
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels
  • Intermediate level of PC skills
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Possess high energy levels
  • Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position an advantage
  • Proven track record in managing staff, planning, organising, conflict handling and problem solving
  • Reliable transport

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location)
