Front Desk Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at HR Genie. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the reception area, and overseeing daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the Welcome Centre is well-maintained and welcoming to members
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage cash handling and reconcile discrepancies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members and staff
- Train and support new reception staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a front desk or reception role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate PC skills and knowledge of software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
