Billing Administrator

About the Role
Logicalis is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our finance team as a Billing Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire billing function, including intercompany billing and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the journals for revenue and cost of sales recognition
- Collaborate with the project office to manage WIP (Work in Progress) for products, third-party services, and professional services
- Assist with the monthly reporting to group finance, including orders, variance analysis on revenue, and margins
- Liaise with the sales team on billing queries, debtors queries, and ETA on stock
- Contribute to the half-year and year-end reporting to group finance and assist with the financial year-end audit
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require 3 years' experience in an accounting environment, an applicable degree or diploma, and excellent MS Excel skills. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to set priorities, and meet deadlines.
