Senior Remuneration Administrator

Core Purpose:
The core purpose of this role is to provide effective, efficient, and flexible administration services to the Remunerations and Benefits team, coordinating related functions to deliver high-quality services to the Nelson Mandela University community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the provision of information for Remuneration and Benefits, contracts management, policy, and business decisions.
- Assist with analyzing employment contract templates to identify potential risks.
- Administer benefits and remuneration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
- Administer budget provisions for remuneration contingencies and manage the Post Structure on ITS system.
- Perform general administration tasks, including filing, document management, and responding to routine queries.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Financial qualification would be advantageous.
- 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating gained competence.
