Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Remuneration and Benefits team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to the Nelson Mandela University community.
  • Collate and provide information to inform Remuneration and Benefits, contracts management, policy, and business decisions.
  • Assist with analyzing employment contract templates to identify potential risks.
  • Administer benefits and remuneration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage budget provisions for remuneration contingencies.
  • Administer the Post Structure on the ITS system.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, document administration, and responding to routine queries.

Requirements:

  • Matric certification.
  • Financial qualification is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating gained competence.
