About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sp-int. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for advising clients on property-related matters and working with them to list their properties as real estate or auction options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to high-volume calls and addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their property needs and develop effective solutions to meet their goals.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and secure listings.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the UK property market, using this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in property sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the UK property market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work over weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
