Job Summary:
Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
- Experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
