About the Role

JeloCorp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing our company's relationships with customers, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and Grow New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
  5. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
